Coach Tiara

I'm Tiara, your dedicated personal trainer with a journey that's as diverse as it is inspiring. I am an OHS alum with a diverse sports background in basketball, volleyball, swimming and track. As well as being a ski and snowboard instructor at Pine Knob.
I have a degree in architecture from the University of Michigan. However, my heart always gravitated towards the world of fitness and wellness. For the past 11 years, I've had the privilege of serving as a personal trainer in Australia, honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience along the way.
With a multitude of certifications in kickboxing, strength training, mobility, and more, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. But beyond the credentials, my philosophy is rooted in a deep commitment to holistic health and lifelong vitality. My goal is to train you for life first and aesthetics second, prioritizing form, mobility, and self-love above all else.
I believe in celebrating progress in all its forms, from the way your clothes fit to the regained energy from moving your body again. My approach is not about chasing numbers on a scale but rather embracing the transformative journey towards optimal health and happiness.

Coach Chris

Chris Brocco is the owner of Custom Bodies Inc. and has many years as a Strength Coach, Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer. From the novice exerciser to the high level athlete, Chris has helped thousands of people reach their fitness and performance goals. In his pursuit of training excellence, he’s earned the following credentials: 
    •    M.S. Exercise Science Oakland University 
    •    B. S. Physiology major Chemistry minor Central Michigan University 
    •    National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Condioning Specialist 
    •    USA Weight Lifting Certified Club Coach Sports Performance Coach 
    •    International Sports Science Association Certified Fitness Trainer II Certified 
As an Exercise Physiologist, he’s worked with cardiac rehab patients, those in post -Physical -Therapy rehabilitation, as well as the senior population. Team Strength Coach for hockey, volleyball, lacrosse and Olympic weightlifting. He has also competed in Bodybuilding, Power lifting, Olympic lifting and Strong man competitions. 
Chris and his wife Jana have lived in Oxford , Michigan the last 28 years. They have two daughters - Bailey, a senior in the Honors college at Oakland University & Sage, a Sophomore at Northern Michigan University. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and multiple outdoor activities.

Coach Carol

Graduated with a BA from Oakland University in 2000. I studied personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have certifications through NASM in Fitness Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement and Youth Training. I am RKC certified in Kettlebell training, TRX certified as well as AFAA cycling certified. I have created and developed the Oxford High School Powerlifting Team as the coach and I am the head strength coach for Oxford High School Cheer team. I have 16 years experience in training clients, athletes and bodybuilders. Weight lifting is my passion and I love to help others learn the proper technique and intensity to reach their fitness goals. When I’m not training, I’m the proud mother of three sons and two bulldogs.

Having been an accomplished couch potato for the majority of her youth. Jules turned to fitness after nearly tipping the scales at almost 400lbs! After losing over 200lbs and keeping it off she now has been assisting others on their fitness journey for almost a decade!

Coach Jana

 Jana has competed in figure and bikini competitions,  played professional football for the Detroit Dark Angels. She is the Strength and conditioning coach for LO lacrosse, Oxford Cheer and Rochester Soccer. Currently competing and focusing on strongman contest and is one of the strongest women in the world having competed in 2021 at the Static Monsters US championship invitational. I enjoy helping people to get stronger or improve their overall well being and fitness.
