Members can train in CrossFit-inspired Saturday Cross Training classes featuring barbell lifts, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning, or prepare for hybrid events in our HYROX training classes, which combine running, functional strength, and race-specific conditioning. For physique and strength goals, our bodybuilding-focused classes emphasize heavy compound lifts and targeted accessory work to build lean muscle and improve symmetry.
We also offer high-intensity circuit and AMRAP classes using light weights and bodyweight movements to maximize calorie burn, conditioning, and work capacity, along with bodyweight bootcamp classes that integrate functional movements and cardio machines like rowers, SkiErgs, and air bikes.
