I'm Tiara, your dedicated personal trainer with a journey that's as diverse as it is inspiring.
I am an OHS alum with a diverse sports background in basketball, volleyball, swimming and track. As well as being a ski and snowboard instructor at Pine Knob.
I have a degree in architecture from the University of Michigan. However, my heart always gravitated towards the world of fitness and wellness. For the past 11 years, I've had the privilege of serving as a personal trainer in Australia, honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience along the way.
With a multitude of certifications in kickboxing, strength training, mobility, and more, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. But beyond the credentials, my philosophy is rooted in a deep commitment to holistic health and lifelong vitality. My goal is to train you for life first and aesthetics second, prioritizing form, mobility, and self-love above all else.
