BYT CrossFit
CrossFit or otherwise known as Cross-Training uses a combination of cardio training along with weightlifting to build endurance, strength, and flexibility while improving your resting heart rate, raises your metabolic rate (burning calories more effectively) and improves general physical preparedness (ability to overcome sickness).
Our fitness philosophy revolves around the BYT Method. Developed by our founder, Bryan Beaune, this unique and consistently varied program caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Introduction to CrossFit
This is the first step to a healthier you! Our introduction to CrossFit class is for those who don't know what CrossFit is and want to see what it is about. During this class you will learn how our classes are structured, how to move properly and get sweaty while having fun with other beginners
Daily class schedule Monday through Friday
5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5pm and 6pm
