What separates our program from others is our use of levels in our CrossFit programming this gives our beginners a starting point and creates goals for our members. Every day the workout has 4-6 variations of the same workout that starts with white for beginners and then progressively becomes more challenging as you move up levels.
CROSSFIT
CrossFit or otherwise known as Cross-Training uses a combination of cardio training along with weightlifting to build endurance, strength, and flexibility while improving your resting heart rate, raises your metabolic rate (burning calories more effectively) and improves general physical preparedness (ability to overcome sickness).
Daily class schedule Monday through Friday
5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5pm and 6pm
